When you need to get all the public data from a LinkedIn Job post. We able to extract job offers posted by HR and recruiters.
Hello Nantini!
So using LinkedIn Search, let's use the name and the company we got on this page to look for the person in charge of hiring.
Thousands of jobs are posted every day on LinkedIn. But we can't do everything at once. Extract in smaller amounts but with a high degree of Personalization is proven to not only be the best investment of your time and money, but it also protects your brand (unlike spamming) and is overall a way more humane way of doing things.
So once he had this list, We would use Google Sheets to filter out jobs with a low number of applicants, data that are displayed on the job offer.
With a list of a few hundred relevant job offers, the goal is now to find who's in charge of recruiting. LinkedIn displays the job poster when he or she has made allowed it. From our experience, this is the case for around 20% of job posts.
So what do we do with the 80% left? Give up? Hell no!! Let's use the same LinkedIn Search Export, but this time in search of the people with a range of titles such as "HR", "Recruiter", "Human Resources" or "Talent Acquisition" in the start-up game. Add the company name you obtained from the Job as an extra filter and there you go!
Well, reaching out is the least secret part of this workflow: You can either scrape each poster's profile and enrich them in order to find an email address, send a custom note and, as soon as they answer, follow up with a message. Or we can scrape the company on Google Maps, get a phone number and give the person in charge a call.
Found you again, Nantini!
